【Morgan M Suspension Guideline】

The KARMA Morgan M features adjustable suspension, allowing you to customise its performance for climbing slopes and navigating obstacles. With the help of this guide, your authorised distributor or dealer can assist in optimising the settings for your Morgan M power wheelchair.

Step 1Based on seating system, locate the factory-default suspension setting.

Step 2
Find the alternative setting based on user weight.

Example highlighted in yellow: If the user’s weight is less than 70 kg, the optimal setting for the Morgan M Versus is to remove the 4.8 mm washer, while keeping the factory-default settings for the spring length and rubber stopper.

Step 3
If removing the washer still does not meet the needs of users with low body weight, the spring length of the rear suspension can be further extended.

Note: Extending the spring length beyond 80 mm may cause the bottom of the battery to collide with the obstacles during obstacle climbing.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Any adjustments to the suspension system will affect the overall integrity of the chassis. Therefore, only KARMA-authorised distributors and dealers are permitted to adjust the suspension settings. You can find a detailed instructional video in the KARMA Academy with your dealer login.
