Find your nearest Karma stockist and try a wheelchair before you buy

If you are choosing a wheelchair for yourself, for a family member, or for someone you care for, the best place to start is your local Karma dealer. Karma Mobility does not sell direct to the public, so our lightweight wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs are supplied through approved mobility retailers, where you can see the models in person, check the fit and get advice from a trained advisor.

How to find a dealer and check availability before you visit

1. Search the dealer locator. Enter your town or postcode and choose a distance to list your nearest Karma stockists, with phone numbers, addresses and directions.
2. Shortlist the models you want to try. Browse our lightweight and electric wheelchair ranges and note the model names, seat widths and weights that suit the user.
3. Call or email the dealer before you travel. Showrooms stock different parts of the range, so ask whether your chosen models are available to view, or can be ordered in for you.
4. Book a demonstration or seating assessment. Ask the dealer to measure the user, adjust the chair and let you try it, and to advise on cushions, accessories and carer features such as attendant brakes and folding for the car.
5. Check the practical details. Confirm opening hours, parking and step-free access, and ask about delivery times, servicing, spare parts and warranty support.
